Eva has already proven herself in the restaurant being.  After her studies in  Spermalie Hotel and Tourism School in Bruges, she manages her own restaurant in Wolvertem for 15 years. After that she entered the world of  Caterer and Events.   Together with her Partner Fabian Hermans they decided to continue their Passion in Espace Del Goutte.
